Inclusion and diversity are at the heart of our business and core to our values of safety, teamwork, respect and integrity. These values define us and allow us to create lasting value internally for our people and externally for the communities and clients we serve. Indicative of our commitment, GHD has created Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to foster a community of belonging that enables its members and allies to grow. GHD is also committed to providing our employees opportunities to contribute to the communities in which we work and live, such as supporting Habitat for Humanity and United Way.
JUDGES’ COMMENTS
Inclusion and diversity are one of the most difficult initiatives to successfully implement and will have a knock-on benefit to society as
it continues to expand the perspective of senior leaders. GHD's current implementation and commitment is setting a standard worth celebrating and replicating in other organizations.
