MESSAGE FROM THE
PREMIER OF ALBERTA On behalf of the Government of Alberta, it is my pleasure to send greetings to
readers of the 2024 edition of Invest in Alberta/Xperience Alberta magazine.
From production to supply chain, tremendous shifts are happening in the global economy. As governments and organizations around the world work toward solutions, and competition expands, investors are looking for stability. At the same time, Alberta is growing faster than at any other time in our history—and with that growth comes incredible opportunities and challenges.
We are serious about strengthening Alberta’s economy for everyone’s benefit. Economic development and growth are the strongest and most sustainable ways to fund the great public services Albertans deserve and expect. That’s why we want to continue to ensure our province is the destination of choice for innovators, entrepreneurs and job creators. I am grateful for the work of economic developers in reaching that goal and helping to create vibrant, resilient communities.
