MAGNA Engineering, in collaboration with Cleantech Controls Inc., King Engineering & Consulting, PrairieGeo Engineering and Everest Construction Management completed the Leslieville MAGNA Biofilter Wetland System (MBWS) project on behalf of Clearwater County.
The MBWS is a trail-blazing wastewater wetland treatment system that allows for cost-effective treatment of wastewater using simplified operational practices. This approach not only meets the community’s growth needs, but rises to more rigorous effluent targets, all while simplifying infrastructure to minimize complex operational routines. The MBWS is a showcase of cold climate application for wetland treatment systems and is a beacon of innovation in the wastewater management industry.
