The Ricochet Oil Corp Aquatic Centre is designed with eight swim lanes, leisure pool, steam room, hot tub, waterslide and multi-purpose rooms. The following IPD team met regularly in a co-located “Big Room” throughout the project: Town of Drayton Valley, Brazeau County, Group2, WSP Electrical and Civil, Chandos, AltaPro Electric, RJC, Arrow, Stantec, Spartan Steel, Priority Mechanical, Master Pools and XMG Flooring. The project’s sustainability and net zero efforts included 300 kW of solar on the roof. Our team successfully secured ICIP and MCCAC funding for the Aquatic Centre by meeting specific energy reduction and sustainability targets.
